What Deltasforge does, in plain language

Deltasforge is an offshore investment advisory firm founded in Kakamega in 2018. We help Kenyan businesses and individuals build cross-border holding and investment structures that are legally sound, operationally functional, and designed to endure regulatory changes rather than be undone by them. Our work sits at the intersection of corporate structuring, jurisdictional law, and banking compliance — three disciplines that are often handled by different advisors who don't talk to each other. We bring them together under one engagement. The clients we serve include export-oriented SMEs, diaspora investors moving capital back into productive Kenyan assets, and professionals accumulating international income who need a proper vehicle to hold and deploy it. We operate from Kakamega but work across Kenya and with clients in the East African region, managing engagements remotely after the initial briefing. In terms of scale: we handle between fifteen and twenty-five active structuring engagements per year, deliberately keeping that number contained so that each client receives senior-level attention rather than being handed to a junior team after onboarding.

How we work — and where we draw the line

Our process is sequential and documented. Every engagement starts with a written intake brief, followed by a compliance mapping exercise that identifies your obligations in both Kenya and your target offshore jurisdiction before any formation steps begin. This sequence matters: it means you understand your ongoing responsibilities — filing calendars, substance requirements, banking reporting — before you are financially committed to a structure. We work with a network of licensed corporate service providers and legal practitioners in each jurisdiction we cover, and we coordinate their inputs so you have a single, coherent advisory relationship rather than a collection of uncoordinated service providers. What we don't do is equally important. We don't provide nominee structures designed to conceal beneficial ownership, we don't create arrangements whose purpose is to frustrate Kenyan revenue authorities, and we don't promise outcomes that depend on regulatory environments staying static. Offshore structuring involves real legal and regulatory risk; we quantify that risk and help you manage it, but we don't pretend it doesn't exist. Our azure-trust palette reflects a deliberate positioning: clear, transparent communication in a sector where opacity is often marketed as a feature.

By the numbers

A few data points that reflect how we operate.

Founded 2018

Six years of operational experience across five offshore jurisdictions, building structures that have been tested through real banking scrutiny and regulatory shifts — not theoretical scenarios.

15–25 engagements per year

A deliberate cap that keeps every client at senior-level attention. We have turned down more work than we have accepted, which means the clients we do take on get our full focus.

5 active jurisdictions

Mauritius, UAE DIFC, Seychelles, BVI, and Gibraltar — jurisdictions where we hold live agent relationships and current client structures, not just theoretical familiarity.

Zero regulatory challenges

No client structure we have built has been successfully challenged by a tax authority or rejected by a banking compliance team on structural grounds in six years of operation.
