Start with a 30-minute diagnostic call

No commitment, no sales script — just a focused conversation about your current structure and where the gaps are.

What happens after you get in touch

When you submit the contact form or send an email, you'll receive a response within one business day — usually the same afternoon if your message arrives before 14:00 EAT. The first step is always a diagnostic call: thirty minutes, structured around five questions we send you in advance so you can come prepared. After the call, we either confirm that there's a clear engagement to scope, or we tell you honestly that your situation doesn't require offshore structuring. We don't manufacture work where it isn't warranted. If we do proceed, you'll receive a written fee proposal within five business days of the diagnostic call.

“I sent an email on a Tuesday afternoon and had a call booked for Thursday morning. The pre-call questions were specific enough that I realised I had been thinking about the problem in entirely the wrong way. That alone was valuable, before any fee was discussed.”

Before you reach out — quick answers

The questions we hear most often from first-time enquirers.

Is the initial diagnostic call free?

Yes. The 30-minute diagnostic call carries no fee and no obligation. We use it to understand your situation; you use it to assess whether our approach fits your needs. A fee proposal only follows if both sides agree there is a structured engagement to pursue.

Can I engage you remotely?

Entirely. After the first call, all subsequent work — document review, compliance mapping, agent coordination — is managed remotely. Clients across Kenya and East Africa routinely complete full engagements without visiting our Kakamega office.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Client information is never referenced in our marketing, case studies, or any public material. Communications can be handled via encrypted channels on request. We operate under strict professional confidentiality obligations consistent with the services we provide.

The structure you have today may not hold tomorrow

Regulatory environments shift. The right time to review is before there's a problem, not after.
